The consultation is currently due to run from November 2017 - January 2018. Please note that this timescale is not fixed, and this work may need to move back, potentially up to February 2018 - May 2018. Consultation aims to support HLF to better understand the stakeholder response to proposals in order to identify further opportunities and risk areas, as well as to start to build support.
