This package should be consistent with Salix Phase 4 Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme requirements including: o Full building services condition survey following NHS methodology o Energy Efficiency Study o Options Appraisal for fabric and building services o Costed Feasibility Study for fabric and building services including consideration of climate resilience in current state and for proposed measures o RIBA Stage 2 report o Programme of works To aid the consultant the following documents are supplied as appendices to this Invitation to Tender: A. The Engine House 2019 Window Survey including General Arrangement plans and elevations of the building B. The Engine House Area Measurement Reports C.
