## Notice

LCC will have the opportunity to assess the construction stage affordability before progressing into the construction contract and will obtain cost plans during the design stage. This project is required to support provision of sufficient secondary school places in Melton Mowbray due to housing development. The scope of this contract is preconstruction services. The awarded value of the Preconstruction Services Agreement is PS688,378.91 excluding VAT
