With an intial budget of PS10M. The programme will commence with activities in the manufacturing, waste and childcare sectors. The Supplier willbe responsible for management and technical inputs for the programme. The Supplier will be required to deliver:market analysis; policy analysis; political economy analysis; stakeholder engagement; business advice to firms:to foster linkages between businesses and private or public investors; and monitoring and evaluation to learn and inform adjustments to the programme. The Supplier will also manage an Innovation Facility to fund the costs of interventions. The fund element will be no less than PS6M of the total budget value.
