LFRS does not guarantee the value or volume of work awarded under the Contract. The Suppler shall provide a 365/6 day per year 24 hour call out service, and a dedicated contact number for this service. Services will usually be required during normal working hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and may be required 8am to 5pm at weekends, covering urgent and pre-planned work. The procurement exercise will be managed via the procurement portal (www.supply4nwfire.org.uk). Hard copy submissions will not be accepted and all correspondence must be via the portal.
