Social Work England is a specialist body taking a new approach to regulating social workers in their vital roles. We are a Non-Departmental Public Body (NDPB), operating at arm's length from Government. We became the regulator on 2nd December 2019. Social Work England are seeking to establish a contract with a legal services firm ("the Potential Provider"), who can work in partnership with Social Work England to deliver an external legal support function (full service) which will complement the existing support delivered by the Legal Team.
