The Council is seeking to procure a Web Based Property Market Information Solution which provides the following functionality as a minimum: * Access to a market database of properties within 150 miles of Matlock, Derbyshire as set out in the Council Requirements; * The ability to search data using selection criteria; * The ability to export, create and save reports; * Access to past and current rental, sales and purchase data for leasehold and freehold, industrial, commercial, leisure and retail properties.* Transactional data obtained from multiple sources; and * The ability to upload data relating to Properties available for lease or sale by or on behalf of the Council for marketing purposes.
