The requirement A construction contractor to complete the design and undertake the construction of 8 private sale houses including all services and all relevant permissions and agreements (planning, s.106 obligations, section agreements relating to services, warranty provider conditions, etc.) Additional information: Please note, the deadline for expressions of interest has been extended to 11.59 22/08/2018, the deadline for SQ submissions has been extended to 12 noon 22/08/2018.
