## Notice

The Local Authority intends to commission places for pupils who would otherwise not receive an education for reasons of exclusion from school (fixed-term or permanent) illness or those being directed to off-site provision to improve their behaviour, via the Springwell Learning Community, during the current school year. In accordance, with impending statutory requirements, to (a) collate and track the progress of pupils subject to exclusion from school and (b) to monitor the progress and to safeguard children who are electively educated at home..
