THIS IS A NOTICE OF AWARD UNDER REGULATION 32 OF THE PUBLIC CONTRACTS REGULATION LEGISLATION. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION. Together Housing has conducted a Direct Award (following the provisions set out in Regulation 32 of the Public Contracts Regulation) under Lot 3 of the CCS "Vertical Applications Solutions" Framework (RM6259.iii). Such Direct Award is to Aareon UK Limited, for the provision of the "QL and Versaa product suite". Such contract is for a maximum value of PS882,532.00, for a maximum duration of 5 years. The contract is comprised of an initial 3 year term, with two optional extensions of 12-months each, to be exercised at the sole discretion of Together Housing. This notice covers the full maximum 5-year term, though such extensions are not exercised at the time of this notice.
