Following a review by the Head of Adult Services, it has been concluded that a fundamental re-design of the adult social care operating model is now required. In connection with this proposed work, a tender is sought to find an external partner to analyse the current performance management function within ASC. Improved performance reporting and the better use of intelligence is an integral part of the new operational model and must be aligned with the change programme.
