Derby City Council wishes to undertake a consultation exercise with suitably qualified and experienced organisations, local people and interested stakeholders in advance of a formal tendering process in respect of the service provision of Preventative and Universal Services for Carers. The results will be used to inform how the new service will be specified and inform the procurement process. Derby City Council wishes to appoint one lead Service Provider to provide and deliver this service. The Service Provider is to deliver five key Services 1. Information, advice and guidance for Carers 2. Carers training 3. Wellbeing activities for Carers 4. Support and peer support for Carers 5.
