London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (the "Council") invites Tenders for the provision of special educational needs and disabilities ("SEND") Mediation and Disagreement Resolution Service ("the Services"). The Services comprise independent disagreement resolution/mediation services for children, young people and parents/carers to deliver the statutory requirement to offer an independent disagreement and mediation service in respect of children and young people with special educational needs who are residents within the borough. The service should be responsive, impartial, independent and includes the full range of types of special educational needs (SEN) disagreements, including any aspect of SEN provision at any point in a process, between themselves and the Local Authority; maintained schools; maintained nursery schools; early years providers; academies and further education institutions.
