The building is to be pre-fabricated and is to include 2 x standard unisex toilets, 2 x fully accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility which is to meet the required standards and be certifiable by Changing Places UK once complete. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Contract Period The contract will be initially for a period of 6 months commencing Jan/Feb 2025 as per the contract terms and conditions. It is envisaged that the opportunity will realise a contract value of up to PS260k.
