Following discussions with key stakeholders in ASC and the wider council, the Customer wishes to undertake a change prioritisation approach that clearly defines Sandwell's unique ambition and agreed transformation opportunities across the customer journey that will enable a tailored, actionable plan to be set out for the coming years to deliver greater performance and efficiencies.
