This could be either print, online or both; but all relevant articles should be captured accurately and reliably. This includes accurate textual summaries of each story, which reliably capture the main relevant points. The contract will be for the provision of a comprehensive, daily media monitoring service that will be provided to a large range of colleagues across Ofcom and access to a database of journalist details that will be used by the communications team.
