The framework is to provide a procurement route by which Hampshire County Council and other authorities can provide Modular buildings the (hired and/or purchased) to provide short term, medium term, and permanent accommodation. Southern Modular Building Framework 24-28 will be open to all public sectors bodies across the South of England. Schools and education buildings are likely to be the most frequent requirement, but it is intended for the new framework to be used as a means of procuring any type of accommodation or modular construction. The Framework will commence on 2nd December 2024 and will be for a period of four years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14.00 hrs on Monday 14th October 2024. How to obtain the Tender Documents The Tender documents can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by selecting 'View Details' on the relevant tender advert and clicking the 'Express Interest' tab.
