Project Driver The main project drivers are as follows: *There is need for effective Portfolio Management in HEE and this requires a combination of processes, software and skills to manage the collection of programmes and projects that bring the greatest contribution to the delivery of objectives and management of people and money resources. *HEE is charged with delivering major healthcare transformational priorities (projects) of which there are varying sizes and complex challenges underpinning the delivery. *As we grow as an organisation, there is a need to expand user numbers. There is therefore now a requirement for an Enterprise model arrangement.
