Have a secondary electron detector and backscatter electron detector. It will have a stage which is motorised in 5 axes, a Chamberscope, a navigation system, automatic gun alignment and accelerating voltage 0.5-30 kv. The SEM will include a digital system which includes a PC with Monitor and is equipped with on-screen measurement software. Imaging software will be included with both 2-D and 3-D image capture. The software should be user friendly.
