As part of ABMMat jv's involvement it is proposed to establish a facility in Scunthorpe to manufacture precast concrete components for three 'Green Tunnels'. We require a specialist overhead travelling crane supplier to design, manufacture, supply and erect approximately 16 No cranes with a lifting capacity ranging from 10t to 32t with 9m under hook. These cranes are to be supplied to a new Precast Concrete manufacturing plant. Full details and specifications will be provided to the successfully shortlisted suppliers. Respondents to this opportunity should be advised that shortlisted applicants will be invited to tender. The exact scoring criteria is currently being developed by ABMMat jv, and shortlisted respondents will be invited to formally tender in due course. Tenders will be scored competitively across a range of criteria, such as, but not limited to: Commercial, Programme, Methodology, HSEQ, Capability and Capacity.
