## Notice

Landscaping. Removal of access steps to Chaseley building and the replacement in order to conform to Building regulations park M and K. Repair existing drainage and install new. A new civic garden which will be paved and planted. Remodeling of the current disabled access ramp by installing a wall to the front and repaving. Lighting scheme. New mains water pipe. Additional service ducts for future use.
