The framework is split into four workstreams, Workstream 1: volumetric Systems, (options for housing, apartments, adaptive pods, room on the roof, temporary accommodation) Workstream 2: panelised systems(open or closed panels) Workstream 3: high rise projects systems Workstream 4: turn key projects low rise (0ptions for housing and apartments, adaptive pods room on the roof) Within each workstream bidders can select which options they can deliver. There is also the option under all work streams for bidders to deliver units to the fabric first principal.
