This project aims to assess the viability of a national staff survey that matches the data quality of the current NHS Staff Survey at the Primary Care Network level. The tender was published on 11th September 2020 and will close on 25th September 2020. The anticipated contract is valued between £30,000 and £50,000 and spans from 12th October 2020 to 31st December 2020, covering various regions across the United Kingdom. NHS England and NHS Improvement is inviting interested parties to conduct a feasibility study into the options for developing a national staff survey for NHS staff working in Primary Care, to help us to understand whether such a survey is possible and if so, how far it can go in meeting the above ambition, and how it would work in practice.
