## Notice

CPI are looking to appoint a suitability experienced Contractor who can undertake a full review of CPI's enterprise architecture and act as a critical friend to work with CPI to aid the modernisation of current architecture and systems used to make day to day business activities and processes more efficient and joined up. CPI envisage that the work linked to this framework agreement will be let in several different phases over the lifetime of the framework agreement. When phases are required, CPI will contact the Contractor to start the process of planning and understanding the proposed costs for the phase. CPI are a Cloud first organisation; the Contractor will be expected to have excellent knowledge of solutions available in the market to aid with the following areas of CPI's business activity: o Procurement including (Procure to Pay P2P) o Warehousing and Inventory Management o CRM o HR o Finance o Asset Management The Contractor should also note that CPI are a Microsoft First organisation and that any solutions should be configurable COTS products. As well as having excellent knowledge of the various solutions available in the areas stated in the list above, the Contractor must also be able to advise on suitable maintenance regimes. The Contractor will also be required to provide CPI access to sandbox environments relating to any potential solutions. CPI expect that all phases of works let through this contract will be ran as projects, therefore the Contractor must have access to appropriate levels of resources for any technical aspects within the phases of work and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery. The Contractor should note that after the initial phase of work, there is no guarantee of the other phases will be let.
