The Group wishes to invite suitable skilled and resourced specialist fire protection system companies to express interest in participating in a tender exercise leading to the conclusion of one or more three-year contracts with Luminate Education Group to undertake the specified PPM services at the Leeds and Keighley sites listed above. The partnership agreement will operate for three years in the first instance with options at the Group's discretion to extend for a further one or two years.
