The Council currently spends circa PS50k per annum on the Service across approximately 150 non-school sites. The duration of the Contract shall be for a period of 3 years commencing 2nd January 2018 until 31st December 2021, subject to satisfactory performance. Registration and use of in-tend is free. If you are already a registered user, you do not have to re-register. The procurement process will be managed using this system and therefore all quotations must be submitted by Tenderers via the 'in-tend' system. Quotations submitted outside of this system will not be permitted.
