## Notice

It will support the implementation of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council's (hereinafter referred to as the Council) submitted local plan policies relating to the protection, enhancement and provision of community sport and physical activity facilities and provide an evidence based framework to support negotiations with developers who may provide funding or other assistance to improve local provision.
