The aim of this project is to assess the various impacts of multiple scenarios where the terms of the UK's oil and gas licensing regime differ from the current terms. Comparisons should be expressed in terms of the difference between indicators in each scenario, and the business as usual scenario. There are two key objectives of this work which each represent 50% of the total value of the project: Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Document Uploads tab within the Delta eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
