The Commissioners require a service that is patient centric and cost effective and one that continually innovates to deliver value for money. Under consideration are contract terms of circa 5 years potentially with an extension option of up to 24 months. This is yet to be finalised. To assist the commissioners develop a procurement strategy can we ask potential providers of NEPT service to respond to the questions below regarding the market engagement and contracting style?
