In the case of the Old Oak Common Station Project this is the HS2 Standards. The scope of works involves a desk top study to provide an independent check of the HS2 standards including the production of 2 reports (with evidence) to: 1. highlight divergences where the HS2 standards diverge from Building Regulations 2. demonstrate compliance with Building Regulations Part L and Building CO2 emission rate (via energy modelling data eg BRUKL Output Document or similar) Suppliers may note the short tender period, BBVS are eager to select a supplier and begin the works as soon as possible.
