The scope of this assignment covered the following areas of work: * A UK wide survey of public attitudes to the use of animals in scientific research, to include attitudes towards regulatory and inspectoral regimes. * an analysis of the trends displayed by the population for each question asked, in comparison to the 2014 and 2016 surveys. * design and production of a final project report for online publication, keeping in mind the layout and style of previous reports. * delivery of an anonymised dataset in Excel for online publication and re-use by other researchers.
