This 3-year contract period will be from 13th April 2020 until 12th April 2023. The contract commencement date may change as a result of any required minor amends to the procurement timeline. The Council requires a fully inclusive parts and labour service cover for all units which will include as a minimum requirement: o Two service visits per annum (one in each 6-month period) Within each 6 monthly service visit, the following maintenance operations shall be undertaken: o scale management o filter and sanitising The current number of units in operation across all the below listed CAB locations are: Hot and Chilled Water Hydro Tap units x 64 Current Specification includes: o BC160/175G4 Hydro Tap G4 Classic boiling chilled 160/175 bright chrome for work o ZT008 Integrated Tap Font for Hydro Tap G4 Classic & Elite Bright Chrome o HE45004 Water Block and Reset device Chilled Water only Hydro Tap unit x 1 Current Specification includes: o C175G4 G4 Chilled Only Hydro Tap Chrome Finish o HTRPINS Replacement Installation o 90915UK Integrated Tap Font for Hydro Tap G4 Classic & Elite Bright Chrome o HE45004 Water Block and Reset device Hydro Boil units x 18 Current Specification includes: A Hydro Boil Unit (mix of HP007, HS005, 307552 and HP 107).
