The works will involve the full refurbishment of existing male & female WC facilities within the main reception area, full refurbishment of shower room & WC on the Beeches Mother & Baby unit, full refurbishment to shower rooms both male & female on wards 35 & 36. The ward and Unit will remain fully operational 24/7 during the works programme and tenderers will have to provide evidence of experience of working in a mental health hospital. Working hours may be limited to between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm and other working restrictions will be applied whilst ECT therapies are carried out each Monday and Thursday. No lone working of any type will be allowed. All works must be completed before 31 March 2019 and the successful contractor must submit a programme for approval.
