This opportunity to split in to two lots (bidders can apply for either or both): Lot1: Meter Operator - Energy and Water Lot 2: Data aggregator/ Data Collector - Energy and Water. Axiom Utilities Ltd are acting on behalf of the council in administering this framework agreement.
