## Notice

NHS Eastern Cheshire CCG, South Cheshire CCG and Vale Royal CCG are intending to undertake in the future a formal procurement for a contract to provide six, community-based beds for people experiencing a mental health crisis. The Commissioners are undertaking an early engagement with potential Providers and Sub-contractors and the market in general who share our passion and commitment and who are dedicated to providing the very best service and patient care standards. An event is being held by the NHS CCGs listed, at Crewe Alexandra FC, The Alexandra Stadium, Crewe CW2 6EB on Wednesday 30 January 2019, from 10am to 1pm. The purpose of the event is to inform you of a potential opportunity to tender for a contract to provide six, community-based beds for people experiencing a mental health crisis. Attendees will hear about a new model of care to be introduced in Eastern Cheshire, South Cheshire and Vale Royal this year for people experiencing serious and enduring mental ill health. The approved redesign of specialist mental health services for adults and older people includes the provision of six crisis support beds in the community. 'Light Touch Regime' services: The future procurement will be for clinical services which are Light Touch Regime services for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as specified in Schedule 3 of the Regulations('Regulations'). Accordingly, the contracting authorities are only bound by those parts of the Regulations detailed in Chapter 3 Particular Procurement Regimes Section 7. The contracting authorities are not voluntarily following any other part of the Regulations. The procedure which the contracting authorities are following is set out in the MOI. As the CCG is a relevant body for the purpose of the National Health Service (Procurement, Patient Choice and Competition) (No 2) Regulations 2013 these Regulations also apply to this procurement.
