## Notice

The Contract has already been awarded and this notice is being published to meet Transparency obligations only. Additional information: The Header Licence Agreement referred to is between The Secretary of State for Defence and Barco Graphics Limited (now Esko-Graphics BVBA) Ref 3X/S/1282/1 dated 1 Oct 2002.
