A CRM system is required for the following purposes: * Secure management of personal data in line with GDPR requirements * Multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and fundraising activity * Touch-point tracking for engagement activities across all audiences * Pipeline and performance management of high-level relationships * Financial record tracking and account management of philanthropic income * Volunteering screening, management and tracking of completed activity * Reporting on financial and engagement performance
