Like every organisation of its size, the British Library executes the typical set of processes around on-boarding, leaving, performance management, expense management etc. Just within these processes there are a significant number of teams that are involved, different systems are queried and updated and particular SLAs have to be met. Solutions should provide the capability to allow for business processes defined within the product to be executed automatically, integrate with our existing systems either by API integration or via specific pre-built components and allow for analytics to be run against data captured during process execution.
