## Summary

The Hull City Council is seeking tenders for the "Targeted Early Help Youth Provision" project, which aims to deliver targeted support for vulnerable young people across various open access venues in Hull. The procurement is currently in the Award stage, having been completed with an awarded contract value of £3,616,920. The service is set to commence on 1 April 2020 and will run for a duration of five years, concluding on 31 March 2025. The tender period has closed, with all proposals needing to be submitted by 23 September 2019. The procurement method used is the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation.

This project presents significant opportunities for businesses focused on social work and youth services, particularly those involved in recreational, cultural, and sporting services. The Hull City Council encourages collaboration between suppliers, making it an ideal project for consortia and SMEs, especially those specialising in community outreach and social development initiatives.

A city-wide Targeted Early Help Street Based and Outreach programme for vulnerable young people at risk of poor outcomes. The Authority is looking for a minimum of one provider to deliver services against each of the sub-lots (Lots 1-3), and one provider to deliver Lot 4. The Authority encourages consortia to deliver the contract for in order to provide value for money and the added value partnership working can bring. Under this contract the Supplier will be required to actively contribute to the achievement of social objectives. These include: skills development; employment and training opportunities within the locality of where the contract will be delivered.
