## Notice

Newcastle City Council with its partners Gentoo are looking to build on the site of New Biggin Hall Shopping Centre. Currently, however, there is an infestation of Japanese knotweed located on the site which needs to be excavated before construction can begin. The contract is for the complete removal and disposal of the infestation of Japanese knotweed located at New Biggin Hall Shopping Centre in accordance with the Environment Agency code of practice (incl: addendum 2013) on managing Japanese knotweed. The Request for Quotation is made up in with the following documents, to be read in this order: Schedule 1 - Request for Written Quotation.doc Schedule 2 - Special Terms and Conditions Schedule 3 - Standard Terms and Conditions Schedule 4 - Tender Response Form Appendix 1 - 26788 Land at Newbiggin Hall Upload of documentation can take some time, please ensure you provide adequate time to do this ahead of the submission deadline. Please note quotations must be received no later than date and time stated on e-tendering system. Late submissions will not be accepted.
