The outcomes include: * Achieving the vision of creating an enterprise incubator for knowledge intensive start-up and growing small businesses * Occupancy levels (at least 80% by end of contract period) * Accommodating at least 30 start-up and small and medium sized industries * At least five different business sectors represented (as Carriage Works should support a diverse range of businesses) in knowledge based businesses in line with the overall Vision for the Carriage Works * Net income to the council over 3 years in line with business plan targets Full details are provided in the tender documents.
