The British Library is also seeking an implementation partner who will both manage the installation of the selected solution, and then collaborate with the Library to implement two pilot projects using the system; it is envisaged that the implementation partner will, as part of these two pilot projects, provide business analysis, project management, and technical training/knowledge transfer in relation to the ECM system. This implementation partner may be either the vendor of the system, or a subcontractor or chosen partner of the vendor.
