Customer provided with service inspection report. * Parts not included in the contact and will be invoiced separately * Labour and travelling expenses per call out included either from ForenteQ or outsourced to the manufacturer Attestor Forensics GmbH (if required) * Call out defined as one specfic reported issue regardless of number of visited required to fix the issue. * Includes IS017025 traceable calibration of MEGAfume and MOBIfume systems carried out at the same time as the PM visit. Additional information: The standard terms and conditions have been attached for your information, if you are unable to comply with our terms and conditions please do not bid for this contract. MPS standards terms will not be amended for contracts less than PS50,000 in value.
