This is an OJEU Open Procedure (as set out in Regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 (as amended)("PCR 2015")). 2 / 7 The purpose of this tender is to award series of contracts for the supply of Cardiology consumables and associated services to the Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals herein referred to as the "Trust". The requirement is divided into different Lots, bidders are expected to submit a proposal for each Lot that provides the best value for money for the Trust.
