This Framework is being set up to provide an easy-to-use mechanism for local authorities, NHS organisations and housing associations in London and the Home Counties (the Buyers) to appoint a Service Provider(s) to deliver cycle training and complementary active travel initiatives in their respective area. The contract shall commence February 2024 and shall continue up to and including the January 2028 ("the Contract Period"). There are two Lots available on this Framework: * Lot 1 is for the appointment of a Service Provider(s) to deliver core cycle training services on behalf of the Buyers. The Service Provider must be able to deliver all elements of Lot 1. * Lot 2 is subdivided into 12 separate active travel initiatives.
