## Notice

Moat Home is seeking to appoint a single provider that can supply a HRIS and payroll solution and a fully serviced Payroll Bureau, delivered using a cloud hosted or software as a service (SaaS) model. The Contract is anticipated to commence on 3rd April 2023 for an initial period of three years, with options to extend for further periods up to a maximum total contract duration of seven years at Moat's sole discretion and subject to satisfactory performance.
