The prime aim of the Term Contracts is to facilitate the following works: - Passenger & Goods Lifts / Escalators - Hoist / Care Equipment - Doors & Windows / Door entry systems / Fire doors / Internal / External doors / Industrial Doors - Industrial Doors - Mechanical Services (Including Air Conditioning) - Electrical Services - Kitchens - Appliances - Fabric / Roofing / Building Lots - Data Centres - Legionella Reports (Cyclical) including Low Value Legionella Responsive Works - Asbestos Reports (Cyclical) The Term Contracts are intended to be in place for an initial term of 5 years with an option to extend by up to 2 years.
