This contract will enable successful bidders to contribute to meaningful health interventions while fostering local partnerships and enhancing their visibility in the public sector market. ## Notice Contract Title: Flourishing Minds Reference: ESCW (PH) 4946 Description: The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of the 4 projects to promote mental wellbeing, increase mental health literacy and reduce stigma related to mental illness. Each project will target one of these groups in the community 1) Young people (16-24years) 2) Men in high risk groups 3) Black & Minority Ethnic groups and 4) Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender groups. For each project, the Provider will: * Enable participants to improve their mental well-being, increase their mental health literacy and improve their knowledge and attitudes towards mental illness.
