The contract will also include the ability for the Authority to call off coroners functionality if available from the awarded Supplier during the term of the contract. It is not mandatory for tenderers to have such functionality to tender for the Legal Case Management software system contract and it will not form part of the evaluation; The purpose of including coroners functionality in the scope is purely to allow the Authority to call off and seek efficiencies of having one contract, with ideally one solution, if such functionality is or becomes available during the contract term. The Council is concluding a Accelerated Competitive with Negotiation Procedure.
