Assessment of the structure and production of detailed specification for proposed conservation works, obtained from an accredited professional e.g. IHBC; in agreement with the Council's Conservation Officer. Carrying out of agreed works (potentially including brickwork & stonework repointing and DOFF Cleaning) with a view to prioritising conservation of existing building fabric. Dismantling of scaffolding. Please note that there is no requirement for a 3D scan of the building to produce drawings (plans or elevations), as there is no need LBC for like-for-like repairs. The Council's Conservation Officer suspects that inappropriate cleaning has taken place in the past, however, we have no records of any works undertaken. The approximate financial value of the works will be PS57,500.00 and the approximate contract period. will be 12 weeks.
